The parade of festive building premieres dedicated to the National Flag Day is taking place throughout the country. Young citizens of the administrative centre of Yoloten Etrap received a wonderful present. The ceremony of opening a kindergarten designed for 160 children was held there.
The newly-constructed building meets the modern requirements set to modern children’s preschool institutions. There are spacious classrooms and language laboratories supplied with computers and multimedia technologies, cosy bedrooms and rooms where children can develop their artistic abilities. Children will do sports in the spacious gym, swimming pool and playgrounds with pavilions. The adjacent territory is planted with trees and shrubs and decorated with the figurines of fairytale heroes.
The bright show with dances and songs was arranged on the square in front of the two-storey kindergarten building decorated with colourful balloons and ribbons. Officials of the velayat and etrap khyakimliks, representatives of the public organisations, the elders and local citizens came to congratulate happy children on the new kindergarten building

Over 40 new social facilities are to be built in Lebap Velayat this year under the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the improvement of the social and living conditions in settlements, villages, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020. The economic potential of the Amu Darya Valley will be significantly enhanced after the cement works, flour mill, gas production enterprises and other infrastructure facilities are put into operation this year. Moreover, it is planned to put the new road bridges across the Amu Darya River, the Atamurat-Kerkichi bridge and the Seydi-Farab bridge, into operation this year.
