In 2015-2020, according to new edition of the National program on development of social conditions in countryside, it is planned to spend over 7,5 billion US dollars and to construct over 600 objects and more than 4 million square meters of habitation in country regions. The significant investments will be directed to development of transport system, public health services, education, culture, support of small-scale business, agriculture, construction of new industrial enterprises. Factories on cleaning of cottonseeds in Sakarchaga etrap of Mary velayat and Karabekaul etrap of Lebap velayat, and modern water-purifying enterprises and edifices in Koytendag and Farap etraps of Lebap velayat have already been put into operation during the current year.

New edition of the National program on development of social conditions in the regions has been accepted in 2015. Within the frameworks of given Program construction on all basic segments of social and engineering infrastructures is developed in the country: hospitals and the health centers, pre-school child care centers and comprehensive schools, culture centers, sports schools and sport centers, water supply pipes and gas pipelines, highways, transmission lines, communication systems, living houses.

In 2014, 12 hospitals, 25 health houses, 75 pre-school institutions, 71 comprehensive schools, including 6 boarding schools, 25 culture centers, 21 sports schools, 11 sports constructions, 1,5 million square meters of housing have been put into operation in the country.
