Construction of a complex of buildings of the Business centre is carried out in Mary city by the order of the Union of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. General contractor of the project is “Eziz dag” individual enterprise, “Ferhar” economic society and “Erkin gurlushyk” individual enterprise participate in construction on the share beginnings.

The complex consists of three blocks. The basic one is actually a Business centre. In the ground floor a Mary branch of the joint-stock-commercial bank "Rysgal" will be located. The first floor entirely will be allocated for administration of velayat branch of the Union of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The second and the subsequent floors are allocated for office premises.


Shopping and entertainment center will occupy a three-storeyed building. A supermarket and shops of a various profile will occupy the ground floor, they will be located on the first and second floors also. The uppermost floor is intended for cafe, restaurant, and game halls.

The building of “Toy mekany” with a hall for 750 seats for conduction of mass solemn actions, and also a dining room, a photo studio, beauty salon and numerous auxiliary premises will also become a decoration of the complex.

The Center territory constitutes 2.7 hectares. A construction completion date is the end of next year. All works go according to the schedule.
