On the adjoining territory of shopping centre “Altyn asyr” located in city centre, it is carried out the works on foundation laying of three-story parking place for 240 cars. Another similar one is under construction on intersection of streets B. Kerbabaev and M. Kosayev. To the order of Ashgabat municipality, they are erected by national construction company “Medet-Emir”.
According to the standard project, the roof of car parking will be used as an additional floor, where the parking zone will settle down as well. Thus, the total effective area will reach 7215 square meters. On the ground floor, where it is supposed to place 54 cars, the shop of auto spare parts and carwash will open. On every subsequent floor, the places for parking will be more - by 62. It is planned to put the projects into exploitation by the end of 2016.
New parking places will allow releasing the territory adjoining to market “Gulistan” from cars and simultaneously will ease the entrance to it. Their availability will create additional conveniences to workers and visitors of the market, owners of vehicles, who will have an opportunity to leave the car in reliable and well-arranged place.

Their construction was entrusted to a number of national companies - the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
