Within the framework of National Program on Reformation of social and living conditions of population of villages, settlements, towns of etraps and etrap centers until 2020, the construction of 109 social facilities is carried out all over the country.

Among them, it is worth mentioning 6 hospitals, 12 dwelling houses and health centers, 18 kindergartens, 24 secondary schools, 14 cultural centers, 9 water treatment structures. It is also realized the construction of housing with total area of over 1 million square meters. Moreover, it is carried out the laying of thousands kilometers-long water pipeline systems, sewage networks, gas pipelines and power transmission lines, 436 kilometers of highways, nearly 400 kilometers of telephone lines.

Within 2015-2020, according to new edition of the National Program on development of social and living conditions in the countryside, it is planned to invest over 7.5 billion US dollars and construct more than 600 facilities and over 4 million square meters of housing.
