Mass preparation of foundation ditches under construction of 119 objects within the framework of the 15th turn of development of the capital has been expanded. Among them - 109 two-storey dwelling cottages, 9 twelve-storey houses and one shop.
On sites where it is planned the erection of other objects, the territory under their construction is liberated. It is also carried out planning works, geological and geodesic researches.
The 15th turn of development of Ashgabat runs along city’s Seydi and Mollanepes Streets. Works started here in April of current year. Within the framework of new project, it is planned the construction of dwelling houses and social buildings, as a whole 257 objects. It was also envisaged to erect eighteen 12-storey 72-48-apartment and sixteen 3 and 4-storey 6-8-apartment dwelling houses. It will be also constructed 208 two-storey dwelling cottages, each of which is intended for a family.
In new residential site, it will be also constructed a kindergarten for 160 kids, secondary school for 600 pupils, 11 shops of industrial products and foodstuff. Here, it will be created an extensive park zone and there will be places for rest, training in sports, holding of cultural events. About 14 kilometer-long new highways will be laid as well.
Construction works within the framework of the project of the 15th turn of Ashgabat development was entrusted to three ten of local companies - members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Member-companies of UIET are also large customers and share participants of construction.
Among customers, there are also a number of various departments of the country - the Ministry of Trade and Foreign-economic relations, State Concern “Turkmennebitgazgurlushyk”, Ministry of Railway Transport, the Ministry of Education, Ashgabat city municipality and others.
It is planned to realize the project of the 15th turn of construction of Ashgabat with putting the projects into full exploitation by the end of 2016.
