In the Academy of State Service at the President of Turkmenistan, it was held a meeting in the format of “round table” with participation of representatives of the ministries and departments of the country, capital municipality, Academy of State Service and International expert-consultant in the field of information-communication technologies (ICT) from the Republic of Moldova.
The event is organized within the framework of realization of the United Nations Development Program and cooperation in this direction between Academy of State Service at the President of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Organization. During a meeting, it was discussed the topics of the advanced international experience and national practices in the field of stage-by-stage introduction of electronic document circulation system into sphere of public administration, increase of efficiency of planning, perfection of system of social communications and services.
One of the vital topics of the meeting became the discussion “Project management”, including development, introduction, coordination and realization of projects, complex programs of information at various levels. It was a matter about methods and practice of improvement of quality and availability of social services with use of information resources, Internet technologies.
In the program of a two-day meeting, it was also envisaged the topics of innovative approaches connected with the organization of electronic document circulation in various information streams - technical, standard, financial, administrative.
Besides, the agenda of “round table” meeting included the consideration of various concepts connected with optimization the rendering of social services for population, representatives of private business on the basis of high technologies as well as creation of a single state portal of electronic services and introduction of electronic system of conducting the auctions for export-import transactions.
