According to the website of the EMERCOM Russia, in accordance with the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation, the EMERCOM of Russia provides humanitarian assistance to Turkmenistan.

“On April 1, Il-76 aircraft of the EMERCOM Russia delivered medical products for a total weight of 12 tons to the city of Ashgabat as humanitarian aid to the population. The cargo includes medicines, protective clothing, masks and medical equipment”, the message says.

In May 2020, Turkmenistan handed over goods produced at Turkmen enterprises to the Russian Federation as a gesture of friendship and good neighborliness.
