The UN Development Program has organized the first in Central Asia webinar on the subject of women leadership and building successful carrier in information and communication sphere on International Day of Girls in Information and Communication Technologies, which is observed on April 22.

Online discussion was aimed at support of women and girls in realization of professional potential in the sphere of high technologies. Leading experts, researches and entrepreneurs were among the participants of the session. Our country has been represented by Maral Hudaybergenova – the Ambassador of Women Techmakers and initiator of Google Developer Group in Turkmenistan.

Representatives of the countries of the region have shared their histories of success and vision of increment of input of women to IT-sector as well as answered the questions how to build a successful carrier.
