In recent years, urban planning activities have noticeably intensified in the administrative center of the Dashoguz velayat, contributing to an increase in the level of social and living conditions of the local population. In various urban areas, many apartment buildings are being built at the same time, forming new residential areas with all the necessary social and cultural facilities. So, these days the construction of two more residential buildings of increased comfort has entered the final stage. One of them is a four-storey building for 32 apartments, built by the private enterprise “Wepaly gurluşyk” on Georogly street. Painting and finishing of external walls are underway here. All the necessary conditions for living have been created in three and four-room apartments with an improved layout. The rooms in them are characterized by spacious dimensions and high ceilings. Thus, the total area of a four-room apartment exceeds 200 square meters, and a three-room apartment is 175 square meters. The house was erected in an urban area with a developed infrastructure, including the necessary social and cultural facilities. He formed a single architectural ensemble with several other modern residential buildings built here in recent years.

Another residential building, which will soon be put into operation, is located on Shagadam Street and has become an integral part of a new modern residential area being built here. It was built by specialists from a well-established construction industry in the region, a private structure called Älem açar. The new building is designed for 16 apartments of three and four rooms. During its construction and decoration, modern building materials were used to ensure the quality and long service life of the building.

The speed of housing construction in the city was noticeably accelerated by the skillful use of various sources of financing and the active involvement of private structures in the construction sector. It is through their efforts that most of the residential buildings are being built in the northern region of the country. Much more attention has also begun to be paid to the more efficient use of the empty urban area and the possibilities of the existing networks of engineering and technical communications, the development of a network of retail facilities.
