In Turkmenistan, great attention is paid to youth policy; the most favorable conditions are created for caring for the younger generation.
One of the organizations whose work is focused on participation in the development and implementation of state and regional programs to create a social base for support, development, upbringing, education, healthcare, leisure and communication for children and adolescents is the Children's Fund of Turkmenistan under the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumkuli.
This charitable organization, which takes care of the needs of orphans, children from orphanages and boarding schools, disabled children, also provides moral support to young talents.
The Foundation participates in international partnerships in the field of studying and solving childhood problems, raising children in the traditions of peaceful life and mutual understanding.
According to the head of the Fund, Aylar Urazsakhatova, the most important days for employees and volunteers of the organization are such holidays as the New Year, Independence Day of Turkmenistan, Day of Neutrality, International Day of Disabled Persons and, of course, International Children's Day.
On the eve of this holiday, the director of the organization told the correspondent of the "Golden Age" about the everyday life of the Fund.
The most important social and educational programs implemented by the staff of the organization are "Emergency Social Assistance" and "Young Talents". The first program allows people who apply to the Foundation to receive one-time financial assistance, and the second helps orphans, disabled children and children from large families to take part in various holidays and competitions, the organizer and founder of the prizes for which is the Foundation.
At the end of the conversation, Aylar Urazsakhatova thanked the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Gurbangulyevich Berdimuhamedov for the special attention paid in the country to youth policy and noted that the best reward for all those involved in the activities of the Foundation is the smile of a happy child.
In addition, the Director of the Fund invited Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital to take part in the event in honor of the International Children's Day, which will begin on May 31 in the Ashgabat Recreation Park at ten o'clock in the morning.
