Surai Mammedova is an exemplary school director

The National Trade Union Center and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan summed up the results of the annual competition for the title of the best in profession among directors of general educational institutions of the country.

A diploma of conferment of the honorary title "Iň göreldeli mekdep müdiri" (Exemplary school director) and valuable gifts were presented to the director of the Ashgabat specialized secondary school No. 16 Surai Kakajanovna Mammedova.

S. Mammedova began her career as a teacher more than twenty years ago. In 2001, after completing her studies at the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of the Turkmen State University, she worked for a long time as a teacher at secondary school No. 5 in Dashoguz. Then fate, as if testing her for strength, threw her to Cheleken, Turkmenbashi, Turkmenabad, but everywhere she remained faithful to her chosen profession.

Exceptional communication skills, studying the experience of the best teachers, diligence eventually led S. Mammedova to know the intricacies of pedagogical art. It was simply impossible not to notice an energetic and competent teacher with extensive teaching experience at school No. 16, where S. Mammedova began working in 2010, it was simply impossible. She is nominated for the position of the school's deputy principal for academic affairs, then she is entrusted with the position of head.

During her work as a director, Surai Kakadzhanovna contributed to the improvement of methods of teaching academic disciplines, the improvement of working conditions for teachers. She has a lot of public duties with which she successfully copes. With all this, in the school team she is also known as a wonderful mother who brings up four children.
