The ceremony of opening kindergarten 6 designed for 100 children took place in the Turkmenbashi settlement, the administrative center of Turkmenbashi Etrap in Balkan Velayat. It is symbolic that the new preschool facility in rural area opened its doors in the atmosphere of festive events taking place throughout the country within the Week of Health and Happiness.
Officials of the velayat and etrap khyakimliks, representatives of the public organisations, the elders and local citizens attended the ceremony of opening of the new kindergarten that has adorned the architectural style of the settlement located on the bank of the Balkan Bay. Songs, music and dances performed by the etrap artistic groups against the background of the bright colorful balloons, ribbons and flags that decorated the territory of the new facility added bright colors to the festive atmosphere reigned there.
The new kindergarten building was put into operation under the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on the improvement of the social and living conditions in settlements, villages, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020. The two-storey building was constructed by the Adjap Zaman private construction firm that along with other local private companies takes an active part in the social and economic development of the etrap.
The equipment supplied to the new kindergarten fully satisfies the high standards of quality. The spacious and light bedrooms and playrooms with comfortable furniture are specially designed for children of different ages. The computer rooms and language laboratories in the new rural preschool institution are supplied with state-of-the-art technologies and equipment. Children will develop their artistic abilities and sports in the music and dancing rooms and spacious gym supplied with sports equipment that is very attractive for preschool children.
The dining room, kitchen, laundry and other facilities are supplied with the advanced life support systems. There are playing grounds, pavilions, pergolas and outdoor swimming pool in the yard planted with trees and shrubs.
