The Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan prepared for publication and published the next – 10th collection of scientific articles. The collection includes the works of scientists aimed at implementing major changes in this system, coordinating science and production, implementing and promoting urgent tasks to further increase the technical and economic potential of the country, as well as the material well-being of the people.

The collection contains scientific articles describing the results obtained on the basis of research and analyzes carried out by scientists, specialists and graduate students of the institute in recent years.

In addition, the collection includes articles that reveal the results of scientific research conducted by the Institute of Chemistry in conjunction with industry research institutes, higher educational institutions and industrial enterprises of the country.

The materials of scientific articles of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan introduce the reader to the scientific foundations of the deep processing of hydro-mineral, mineral, hydrocarbon and other natural resources of the country, as well as information on the development of technologies necessary to obtain products. The collection also includes existing plants for replacing foreign raw materials of enterprises with local raw materials, assessing their environmental condition, using by-products and waste, controlling the use of wastewater and expanding the use of sulfur and other important issues.

According to the results of scientific and analytical work carried out at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences in the same year, the State Intellectual Property Service of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan registered for limited patents No. 870 “Method for extracting modified sulfur” and No. 895 “antibacterial properties - a method for obtaining iodimal”.
