Under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the policy of developing humanitarian relations with neighboring countries is being successfully implemented. Evidence of this is the gratuitous transfer of the corresponding volume of liquefied gas from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the recently signed Decree of the head of state.

Thanks to the efforts of the Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, relations between the two neighboring and friendly countries are dynamically developing in various directions, including in the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Recently, the interaction between the two countries has been significantly strengthened, being filled with new content. This is also facilitated by the current campaign – sending liquefied gas from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The work carried out in accordance with the Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was carried out in order to further strengthen bilateral good-neighborly relations and provide friendly and fraternal support to Uzbekistan.

It is symbolic that this noble deed coincided with the day of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two states. On the occasion of the significant date, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent congratulatory letters to President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The messages emphasize that the two countries are successfully developing bilateral contacts in various fields, which is a bridge for the rapprochement of our peoples, strengthening the centuries-old friendship and good neighborliness between them.

In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, holding such actions is among the important priorities of state policy implemented under the leadership of Arkadagly Serdar on the basis of the primordial principles of humanism of our people. The liquefied gas, sent to the neighboring country in accordance with the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, will be a significant contribution of Turkmenistan to the efforts made by the Government of Uzbekistan to ensure a prosperous life for the Uzbek people.
