Seven new multi-storey large-panel houses will be built in the coming years in the city of Dashoguz by the individual enterprise “Türkmen çarwa”. These houses will replenish the housing stock of one of the residential complexes of the city adjacent to the avenue of S. Turkmenbashi. Four-story new buildings will be designed for 32 and 24 apartments. Now the construction of the first of these new houses has begun, and at a specialized enterprise, work is underway to manufacture wall panels and other necessary structures for buildings.
Despite the fact that the bulk of the residential new buildings of the administrative center of the Northern region are brick buildings, large-panel houses are also in demand by citizens. This is due to the fact that similar houses, thanks to modern technologies, now represent a comfortable housing with acceptable footage and the height of the ceiling of apartments. The construction of large-panel houses does not depend much on weather conditions, so they are built in a shorter time, and the low-cost technology of the production of plates is automated, which provides structures for strength and high quality. Large-panel houses have a long service life, and are quite affordable in the price segment, which is especially attractive to the participation of citizens in the process of shared houses.
It should be noted that most large-panel houses in the city are still being built by the efforts of the Dashoguz plant of reinforced concrete products of the Ministry of Industry and the construction of Turkmenistan, where the production of all the necessary components for the construction of a multi-panel residential building of the 148-U series has been established.
