The next graduation of cadets took place today in higher educational institutions of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country.
Traditionally, the events organized on this occasion began with the laying of flowers at the monuments to the famous teacher, brave warrior Berdimuhamet Annayev and honorary veteran of the internal affairs bodies Malikguly Berdimuhamedov. Their life path has become a model of patriotism, honor and dignity for young Turkmen citizens. Bright bouquets of flowers were also laid at the majestic monuments of the Memorial Complex "Halk hakydasy".
The square in front of the Constitution Monument has become a place to honor graduates of the Military Academy, the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense named after the Great Saparmurat Turkmenbashi, the Border Institute, the National Security Institute and the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as cadets of the Faculty of Military Medicine of the State Medical University named after Myrat Garryev.
The audience listened with great enthusiasm to the congratulatory Address of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Serdar Berdimuhamedov to graduates, officers and teaching staff of higher educational institutions of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country on the occasion of this solemn event.
The message of the Head of state emphasizes that the implementation of program measures in the National Armed Forces, ensuring peace in the country in accordance with the requirements of the Military Doctrine of Turkmenistan, which is purely defensive in nature, primarily depend on the training of highly qualified military personnel. In this regard, mentoring officers occupy a special place in military universities in the training of professional commanders and military specialists who are patriotic, dedicated to the military cause, who possess military equipment, combat skills and abilities.
"Your task is to enrich the military and political outlook of the youth, to form a generation with a broad outlook in various military professions, relying on modern technology and achievements of science and technology. I am confident that you will honorably carry out this responsible work and spare no effort in raising educated, broad-minded, highly moral and physically strong young people devoted to the Motherland," said the President of Turkmenistan in his address.
Then there was the ceremony of awarding diplomas of higher professional education, badges and officer certificates.
Inspired by a feeling of pride for the homeland, the young officers swear allegiance to the military oath, selfless devotion to the homeland, the people and the President of the country, readiness to honorably continue the glorious military traditions of their heroic ancestors, kneeling before the national flag of Turkmenistan.
The solemnity of this event was augmented by the performances of the Honor Guard and the literary composition of the theater artists, who recreated the images of national heroes, who wrote bright pages in the history of the Turkmen people.
The parade march of the columns of the main participants of the celebration marked the end of one of the most important days in the life of every military cadet who decided to link his fate with the noble profession of defender of the Fatherland.
The defense capability of the country depends not only on the availability of modern military equipment, but also on the system of training of soldiers and officers. National military pedagogy is based on the development and improvement of moral and combat qualities, raising the prestige of the profession of a serviceman, and shaping young people's sense of responsibility for the fate of the Motherland.
The purely defensive Military Doctrine of independent neutral Turkmenistan, successfully implemented, defines the main activities of the military and law enforcement agencies, taking into account the neutral status of our state and the peaceful foreign policy pursued by it.
Today, cadets learn advanced military experience, perfectly master the combat skills and advanced technology, grasp different sciences, keeping the wise precepts of ancestors, who at all times have been a model of high patriotism and selfless love for the Fatherland and native people.
The state builds for the defenders of the Fatherland and their families modern comfortable houses, sports complexes and recreation centers, new buildings and facilities in the existing military camps and border posts, which meet the high requirements of the established standards.
The participants of the solemn event took part in a thanksgiving address to the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in which they expressed deep gratitude for the tireless care of military and law enforcement officers.
The young officers assured that they would make every effort, knowledge and experience to ensure the security of Turkmenistan, its constitutional system, integrity and inviolability of the state border, strengthening of law and order in the name of further prosperity of the homeland and well-being of our people.

On the same day, a solemn celebration of graduates of the Naval Institute of the Ministry of Defense took place on the State Flag Square in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza" of the city of Turkmenbashi, in the Balkan velayat. Graduates were awarded officer certificates.
