A regular issue of the “Democracy and Law” Journal published by the Turkmen National Institute for Democracy and Human Rights under the President of Turkmenistan on a quarterly basis appeared in print.
The issue presents a number of articles and thematic materials in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages dedicated to the key aspects of the state policy implemented at the new historical stage.
