A new textbook titled “Organization and Management of Preschool Education” has been published in Turkmenistan. It was co-authored by N. Myradova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy, and S. Muradova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology, at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi.
The textbook provides detailed materials and essential information on the educational and upbringing activities conducted in preschool institutions, which represent the foundational and one of the most important stages of the national education system.
The book thoroughly describes the directions of work and responsibilities of preschool institution staff, including directors, methodologists, educators, and other specialists in kindergartens. It also contains guidance on proper documentation management, organizing pedagogical councils, and activities conducted with teachers in methodological offices.
The new publication will serve as a valuable guide for kindergarten professionals engaged in the education, training, and development of preschool children, preparing them for school education.
