41 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Businessmen from the Russian Federation, the UAE, Afghanistan, the Virgin Islands and the Channel Islands bought diesel fuel, liquefied gas, polypropylene, A-80 gasoline produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The businessmen from the UK, the Russian Federation, and Afghanistan bought liquefied gas (Turkmengaz State Concern) and A-grade technical iodine produced at the Turkmenhimiya State Concern. Foreign currency contracts were also concluded for sheet blanket, cotton yarn, cotton fibre, cotton lint. The buyer-countries: Russia, Switzerland, UAE, Kyrgyzstan. The transactions concluded in the foreign currency totalled over US$ 75.300 million.
The transactions in deposit manats were concluded for pastry, refined cotton seed oil, jeans clothes, cotton yarn, domestic detergent, cotton yarn and fabric. The buyer-countries: the US, the UK, Turkey, Austria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan. The transactions totalled over 7.519 million deposit manats.
Turkmen entrepreneurs bought polypropylene to the total sum of 110,000 manats.
