So, it is planned the construction of knitted shop on the basis of Ashgabat Fashion House, as well as a shop on processing of textile wastes on the basis of Abadan cotton-spinning factory of the Ashgabat textile complex.
The knitted shop will be fitted with the newest hi-tech equipment of last generation - flat-bed links, binding-off and sewing machines of world famous brands “Shima”, “Juki”, “Pegasus” and the Italian equipment of “Conti” firm.
While manufacture of textile products there is various wastes - pieces of a cotton fabric, selvage of weaving, cuttings, ends of a yarn, etc. With commissioning of new shop of Abadan cotton-spinning factory, there will be a possibility to process 5 thousand tons of waste per year, to receive the regenerated fiber and to return it to production line. It will allow saving valuable cotton raw materials. The shop is planned to be fitted with the equipment from the Turkish Company “Balkan”. Training of Turkmen specialists will be provided as well.
