Vegetables, fruits and melons and gouds growing on the grateful Turkmen land are notable for their taste, nutrition and healing properties. This is why, for the purpose to create plenty of these products in any season of the year, the large-scale works are carried out in every corner of our country. The works on processing and conservation of products give evident results, in order to keep fresh in winter season the vegetables, fruits and melons and gouds grown by the daykhan associations, private farmer households in the etraps. Of special note is a growing number of the private enterprises, which wisely use the provided by the state conditions in this field, and arrange work in an organized manner, promote the creation of the food wealth in our country. “Ayna gap” private enterprise, located in Sayat etrap of Lebap region, is one of the enterprise which products are in great demand with the consumers from every corner of our country.

Terne (small unripe melon) of Mizan period
The “box” of car parked in front of our gate was full of the old small “garrygyz” melons, that have not yet completely turned yellow, looking like lambs. Moreover, they were loaded with soft grass between them and on the bottom, to prevent any damage. A price is moderate. I bought ten melons, which will definitely be stored until next spring, following the saying: “What is bought is cheap for the user and expensive for the reseller”

A plant for the production of soft containers was launched
The first batch of products from domestic polypropylene was produced by the Aziya plastik enterprise. A plant for the production of polypropylene bags for bulk materials has been launched in the Geoktepe etrap of the Akhal velayat since October 1. Now on the automatic line installed in the workshop, soft containers are made for the transportation of 50-60 kilograms of flour. For the production of products, domestic raw materials are used, produced at the Turkmenbashi TKNPZ and the Kiyanli Polymer Plant. The plant's capacities allow processing up to 100 tons of polypropylene per month.

Heavy crop of beetroot is grown
The farmers of the Murgab valley started the harvesting of the last and sweetest crop of the agricultural year – sugar beet. The specialists of the Open Joint Stock Company “Marysheker” selected for “nekirt” (start of new work in fortunate day) the sector with area of 3 hectare of the rented land of Ogulbossan Danatarova from “Turkmenistan” daykhan association of Sakarchaga etrap, where she has grown a heavy harvest of the sugar-beet. An experienced farmer who has managed to get a high yield of wheat from her field also expects a second crop of at least 145 centners per hectare.
