On February 6, 2026, the Embassy of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India held an event dedicated to the 2026 motto “Independent permanently neutral Turkmenistan − homeland of purposeful heavenly horses” and the presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a bright way of peace and trust”. In his speech, Ambassador Sh. Geldynazarov informed about the high-level international conferences held during the 2025 – “International Year of Peace and Trust” as well as important events to be held in Turkmenistan in 2026.

Ambassador noted that the new book of the President, “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a bright way of peace and trust,” serves as a precious gift for Turkmen people and foreign readers. He emphasized that the new book will be valuable guidance for the scholarly exploration of our nation's neutrality principle and promoting its peace-loving foreign policy in the world.

Participants sincerely congratulated the President of Turkmenistan on the release of his new book and expressed sincere gratitude to Hero Arkadag and the President for creating conditions for the education of Turkmen youth.
