On February 13, 2026, an event devoted to the motto of the year 2026 - «Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan - Homeland of Purposeful Heavenly Horses» was held at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan. The event was attended by the university leadership, Turkmen students, and members of the academic staff.

The speakers highly praised the achievements of a number of major events organized at the highest level in Turkmenistan in 2025. They also provided information about the significance of the 2026 motto, the country’s status of permanent neutrality, and the horse symbolizing the country’s rapid development. In addition, sincere congratulations were extended to the participants on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan.

During the event, Turkmen and Kazakh students presented cultural performances, playing national musical instruments, singing songs, and performing the traditional dances “Bilezik” and “Kushtdepdi.”

The event concluded with an award ceremony honoring outstanding students for their academic achievements.
