From 1 to 10 July, students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University are undertaking an educational and industrial internship in Abu Dhabi as part of the "Summer Energy Camp for International Students" educational program implemented by Khalifa University of the UAE.

The main objective of the educational and industrial internship is to familiarize the students with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), the largest oil company in the United Arab Emirates, and Khalifa University, the UAE's leading university, as well as to study their experience in industry, education, and scientific research activities.

During the internship, the students gain detailed knowledge of modern oil and gas technologies used at Khalifa University, the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the energy sector, advanced industrial methods, the scientific research conducted in the university's laboratories, as well as its educational centres and museums.

As part of the program, the students visit ADNOC's production facilities, the aerospace laboratory, the 3D printing laboratory, and the maintenance laboratory. In addition, they participate in short-term training courses on "Renewable Energy Sources," "Well Drilling," "Oil and Gas Engineering," and "Reservoir Fluid Properties."

This internship enables the students to consolidate and deepen their theoretical knowledge while gaining valuable international practical experience. The training makes a significant contribution to preparing highly qualified specialists for the country's oil and gas industry and to strengthening cooperation between the leading universities of Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates.
